About CPSA 

The Caribbean Public Services Associations consist of seventeen affiliate member public services organizations representing fifteen Caribbean countries with seventeen affiliates. The theme of this year’s conference will be "Celebrating 40 years of history working together to conquer current challenges".
The Caribbean Public Services Association was formed in 1970 by representatives of the various Civil Service Associations. The aim and objectives are:
  • To promote and encourage closer unity among Public Service Organizations in the Caribbean region;
  • To collate and disseminate information to member organizations;
  • To provide technical and other assistance to member organizations in respect of their efforts to protect the rights and privileges of their members;
  • To serve as a central or coordinating agency for discussion with regional institutions and organizations with which the respective Government in the area are associated;
  • To carry out such other functions as may be determined from time to time by the conference.
